Structural execution in practice

Documented commercial adaptive reuse, seismic retrofits, and precision gallery buildouts throughout New York City. Every connection fabricated and installed by our in-house crews.

Selected commercial buildouts

Bushwick / 18,500 SF

The Boilerhouse Gallery

Complete adaptive reuse of a decommissioned 1922 heating plant into triple-height exhibition spaces. Work included structural steel mezzanine insertion, seismic masonry reinforcement, and monolithic site-poured concrete access ramps with sub-millimeter cold-rolled steel railings.

Long Island City / 12,000 SF

Vernon Boulevard Roastery

Structural renovation of a maritime distribution warehouse into a production roastery and tasting room. We self-performed all heavy timber stabilization, concrete floor levelling, and custom blackened zinc tasting bars fabricated in our Greenpoint workshop.

Tribeca / 8,200 SF

Franklin Street Atelier

Bespoke commercial headquarters within a landmarked cast-iron building. Scope encompassed seismic column reinforcement, raw acoustic plaster ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling blackened steel partition frames installed to sub-millimeter tolerances without field shimming.

Architectural verification

Their shop drawings matched site conditions down to the sixteenth of an inch. Having the same crew fabricate the structural steel and erect it on site eliminated standard coordination compromises.
